Error Importing content in SAP Build Work Zone - SAP Mobile Start with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Hello Community,

I’m setting up SAP Mobile Start with SAP S/4HANA Cloud in SAP Build Work Zone.

The problem is that when I import content into SAP Build Work Zone, it doesn’t bring any components.

When I check in SAP S/4HANA Cloud using the “Display Launchpad Content Exposure Logs” app, I see the scenario is called correctly.

Here is how I have the content provider configured:

This is how I have the destinations set up in BTP:
Design-time destination

Runtime tiles

Runtime apps

This is the SAP S/4HANA Cloud role exposed in BTP.

Does anyone have an idea where the error might be or what configuration point I should check?

Thanks for all the details of your setup! Having a look at that it seems correct. 
Two points to check: 

1. From your first screenshot i see that the content provider got already "Updated". Which mean the report you're looking at will only show the Delta. If your Role was already imported during creation of the content provider, the update won't have delta and might show empty. Please check in the Content Manager whether you're role might already be included there. 

2. You could check whether the content is exposed correctly and the design time destination is working by calling the URL that you put into your Design Time destination. You should then get a basic auth popup where you can provide the same user that you put into the destination. If everything works fine you should see a JSON coming up that holds information about the content you exposed. If this is not working you should check again on the exposure on the S/4, and the URL/User of the Design Time destination.

Thank you for your time.

Regarding the two points:

1. The content was created, but it doesn’t have any role or other objects internally.

   
2. When I call the URL configured in the Design Time destination, although it responds, it doesn’t return any objects.
   
   The same happens when I call version 2 of the Service.
   
   Here is how I have the communication arrangement configured.
   
   
   As for the steps to expose the content, these are the ones I am following.
