Error downloading Metada in SAP Mobile Services

Hello everyone.

I have been developing a SAP MDK Application, and adding the feature "Enable Multiple User Mode" in "Native/MDK/{MyAppId}/Mobile Settings Exchange". In the section "Shared Devices". 

You can see in the picture, that in order to enable multiple user mode, you have to define a Passcode Policy, which I have.

But, what I have to do now is download the metada in "Settings/Security".

In order to upload it into "SAP BTP Cockpit/Security/Trust Configuration"

But, when I press the button to download the Metadata, it doesnt work.

I tried with diferent dates, but nothing works. 

When I'm debugging in Google, before it breaks, it shows this

I suppose this is a SAP error, but I dont know how to continue. Any help will be thank.

It was working 2 weeks ago, now I do have the same issue as you. I'll raise an incident

Please log a ticket and be sure to indicate what environment and region you are working in.  In US10 when I click the button I don't see anything download either.

I believe you would go to https://me.sap.com/servicessupport and click the Get Support tile
