hi

We are upgrading NW2004 to NW2004s

(EP 6 SP16 to EP 7 SP10)

we got stuck in following phase below

system info

OS: Win2K3

DB: Oracle 9.2.0.6 Upgraded to Oracle 10.2.0.2

SAP: EP6 SP16 <b>Upgrading</b> to EP7 SP10

Hi,

The problem is with the SDM (Most probably).

Kinldy make sure that your SDM is running properly!

YOu can check this via jcmon utility.

" jcmon pf=PATH_FOR_INSTANCE_PROFILE "

for exmaple : " jcmon pf=/usr/sap/C11/sys/profile/C11_JC00_testpc "

You might need to change the SDM mode to standalone
