ERROR CONNECTING IBM B2BI AND SAP (OUTBOUND PROCESS)

Hi,

I am trying to connect IBM STERLING B2BI and SAP (outbound process), where

SAP -> CLIENT

B2BI -> SERVER

For this, I have created RFC Destination at SM59, and registered program ID. The same program ID is configured at B2BI side. But still am failing to achieve the connection. Every time on connection test 'Program not registered' error is thrown. I have checked all the documentations for registering prorgam id.

"Program not registered" means, well, that the program is not registered yet... This can only mean

• that either the definition in SM59 and in the JCo properties on B2BI side is not 100% identical (e.g. a typo in the Program ID (which by the way is case-sensitive!) or a different gateway host)
• or that the JCo server is not able to start successfully (e.g. because of network/firewall problems). In that case you would see an error message on B2BI side.

Those are the only two reasons I can think of. So if you can't see any exception/error on JCo side, please share a screenshot of SM59 and all JCo properties that B2BI is passing to JCo.
