Error auto cert refresh failed with response code 503 when creating connection by cloud connector

Hi I'm very new at SAP BTP today after creating connection by cloud connector I find error message "auto cert refresh failed with response code 503" is appeared on the screen. This error is totally new for me. After search on the net or ask for chat GPT. I can't fiind good answer. I hope somebody giving me the adice.

You need to check the certificate status on the cloud connector side.

Said to check the cloud connector... that means logging into the cloud connector and verifying the certificate status on that system (or reaching out to someone that can). If it's affecting all subaccounts, then the problem lies specifically on that system.

Hope you are doing good.

Yes, we are aware of this cockpit bug. You can ignore this Cockpit UI error message/ it does not affect the actual functionality.
It is caused by an internal program error and does not have an effect on your BTP cloud connectivity which still works normal. We are already working on a hotfix to prevent this error message from being displayed. In this case it is just a false alert and will disappear soon after patching from our side.

Do you have an expired certificate in CLoud connector in one of your subaccounts? If so you need to refresh the certificate.

Thank you for your reply. Ichecked and refresh cloud connecor but the error is not resolved. And I can find same error all sub account.

I checked status in Subaccount Overview and that account is all green. But when I check the Configration that tells me "Replace the default UI certificate with a certificate that uses the host name as its common name (CN)" is this a problem?
