error: 80040154 received after Addon installation - SAP Community

Dear SAP Experts,

When we are installing Addon related with Crystal report and trying to generate Crystal report from it.

We are getting below error.

Hi Krishna, Is your SAP Business One installation 64-bit or 32-bit? Also, what about your add-on, is it 64-bit or 32-bit?

Have you checked KBA 3432140: DI_When using an Add-on you get an unhandled COMException
