Error 0A000102:SSL routines::unsupported protocol during DBCO connection test

Hi, 

I'm having a problem during a connection to an MSSQL DB from a SAP system on SLES 15 SP 6  in DBCO. When I do an connection test i get the following error: 

and when i check in the st11 this is what I see:

I tried searching for some kind of solution, and I have tried to lower TSL level on the machine so that it could comunicate with TSL 1.0 and 1.2 but nothing changed. 

I don't know where to search further, I already propose to check openssl version on the database that we are trying to reach and upgrade it if it is to low but the people I'm working with are against that option. Is there something else I can try or other logs/transactions I can check?

What's the version of the MSSQL Server you are trying to reach?

It's installed on Windows Server or on Linux?

There is an command named "sqlcmd" usually on "/opt/microsoft/msodbcsql/bin" that you can use to test connectivity from Linux clients.
