How can I get around this error: Service broker error: Service broker hana-broker failed with: Can not create service instance: There is no database available. Ensure that you have a database available in space 'dev' within organization.

I need to create an instance to continue the tutotial: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/hana-cloud-analytics-cloud-consume-1.html
But are not able to follow after step Create SAP HANA database project because of this error in starting the database project.
I have read many post in community with similar situation, but the solution given dont work form me as I am using a trial account (the tutorial should work with it)

Any insight are appreciated

I overcomed the issue. Hope it'll be usefull also for you:

In the sap hana btp I deleted the previous sap hana cloud instance:

Then I clicked on the application sap hana cloud (under: subscriptions>applications)

The link open the sapa hana cloud central and you can do again the creation of the DB.

This time give attention to make the connection between sap hana cloud and the cloud Foundry, infact in the second step of the creation of the DB you have at the end of the page the possibility to switch on the connection with the cloud foundry. You'll have to autenticate yourself. In the final step of the creation the system allow you to specify under what space you want create the db (last page, last section), just add there the connection and the whole procedure of deploy the project in sap business application will work.
