enhancement to Change Status in service ticket solution manager 7.1

Hi

I want to change the status automatically from "Proposed Solution" to 'Closed'  when there is no action from five days.

is there any standard functionality for this requirement.

Hi Subhash,

check the standard report AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE_2

you use schedule it as background job closing relevant incidents

this should resolve
