Embedding a query within a query.

Hello All,

I need to call a second query from a parent query. After the parent query executes, I need to call the second query which uses the values of a combination of Key Figures/Characteristics of the first query, as its selection parameter.

Hi DP,

Though i have not implemented this but in material i read that for these kind of scenario you can go for precalculated value sets.

In that case you will execution of 1st query which will fill up variable values, and the variable used in query should be of type replaced by precalcuated value sets.

Restrict second query characteristics with this variable and you should get the desired output.
