Hi Everyone,
When creating/sending an email in the Ticket(Service Request), which node of the SR are the details of the email stored? Because I tried parsing the BusinessTransactionDocumentReference node of the SR after creating/sending a couple of emails but only 1 email reference is stored, only the 1st one. I used the Count function and it only returned 1. Any ideas?

did you also have a look at the node ServiceRequest.EmailActivityReference?
