EHP1 upgrade for Netewaver

Hi

Currently we are trying to upgrade our SAP Netever 7.0 (Dual stack ) to ehp1 .

While running the tool i am getting the below error .Please let me know the solution

An error has occurred during the execution of the PREPARE_JSPM_QUEUE phase.

It looks like that stack xml file is not correct. Could you please generate stack xml file again from MOPZ and then replace the old file with new one and then repeat the phase ?
