Hello Experts,
I am working on E-Recruitment module of SAP. I want the list of transactions commonly used in E-Rec.
Pls Help.
Regards,
Shashank Shirali
Hi Shashank,
eRec happens through BSP pages.
The BSP Pages used are:
1) HRRCF_admin
2) HRRCF_recruiter
3) HRRCF_emp_page
Activate and test these BSP Applications from SE80.
Cheers,
Rahul.

Hi Shasank,
There exists some infotypes, that help in carrying out the E-recruiting applications effectively.
Kindly look at them through this -
[Infotypes in E-Recruiting|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005vp/helpdata/en/ad/bf33086ede974f9da92e4f50720676/frameset.htm]
and some brief idea about "Characteristics" -This characteristic contains the activity that is planned for or has already been performed for an application and its attributes.

Hope these help.
reward points if helpful.

E-Recruitment is not accessed by end users via transaction codes but by URLs.
The Configurer accesses e-Recruitment via the IMG which has the main transaction code SPRO.
The correspondence/letters in E-Recruitment are Smartforms which the programmers can
work on using the transaction code SMARTFORMS.
