DVM New analysis Expert mode cannot be scheduled weekly

We are using Solution manager 7.2 SP11 :

Today, we cannot automate the analysis of the data within the system landscape using Oracle system on Reorganization and Compression Potential and unused data from Solution Manager.
Since the size of the system are big, the job takes more than 7 days to analyze all the data from the system (per example <SID> or <SID>, see attached files)

We have used the manual analysis top 30 tables on theses system by using the features New analysis expert mode in the application Reorganisation and Compression Analysis (including HANA Sizing) in DVM. But we cannot schedule weekly analysis to get updated data as DataOverview for S/4 HANA System.

Could you please guide us to enable this functionality ?

The root cause of the analysis job running for a long time is that the Scope selected for analysis is very large, as we can see that many objects are being analyzed from the job log.

You can carry out the analysis again and select only the tables that are relevant to you. (For example, the x-largest tables in the system)

Execute the following steps to reduce the scope of the analysis:

1. Execute TCODE SM_WORKCENTER
2. Navigate to Data Volume Management
3. Select the tile "Reorganization and Compression - Incl HANA Sizing"
4. A new window will open, At the top of this page select the tab "Analysis List"
5. Select button "New Analysis Expert Mode"
6. This will open a new window with the guided procedure to create a new analysis.
7. In "Step 2 - Objects Selection" of the guided procedure there is the option to select "Top X Tables"

The analysis job kicked off from this guided procedure will be completed more quickly, as the selected worklist objects will be significantly smaller than those in the current job which is taking a long time to run.

As we can see Step 4 Run Analysis in "New Analysis Expert Mode" , Only these two options "Start Immediate" and "Schedule at" are available without "Schedule weekly". You also can refer to the DVM guide to learn more about Reorganization and Compression from pages 50-52.
