DS Management Console Navigation pane missing

I am facing one issue in Data Services Management Console , when I login using admin credentials into the Console I do not see the Administrator Navigation pane. Please see the below image for the issue. Can this be some access rights related issue?. Please help

Can you try logging into DS Management Console using Mozilla/Chrome Browser and check. Also add the URL into trusted sites
