Does a large rollback log adversely affect normal shutdown time?

...or is the rollback log dealt with during the recovery stage of the subsequent server startup, just like after a server crash?

...or is this the most stupid question anyone's ever asked? 🙂

If there is a large rollback log then there is a large transaction to rollback. All active transactions are rolled back at shutdown.
