Hello,
I'm searching for technical documentation about the sapstartsrv.exe to evaluate whether and how it is usable to install services we installed until now with a third party product.

This is an internal tool and we do not document such tools until there is a reason for it.
In other words: Documenting it would imply legal issues and cost risk without any benefit...
