Do we have any standard SAP API to retrieve IDoc details from S4 on-premise system to SAP BTP?

Hello OmPrakash,

There is no such generic API to fetch IDoc from SAP S4Hana.Please search for specific business process and look for the API ( either SOAP or ODATA ).

If you are specficaly looking for IDOc then goto option would be using middleware like SAP CPI or SAP PO/PI.

Actually requirement is generic in nature. We have to create a cloud application in BTP to monitor IDoc status in S4 on-premise system. It will require Idoc number, status number, status description etc in output. Based on some input parameters like Message type, Basic type, date and port it will retrieve the detail.
