I have a distribution list, is ther eany way to find out content of a particular folder using some function module.

I want user specific to a folder? This will not solve my purpose. I am using SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1. Through this function module how can we send mail to a distribution list.

Hi Shweta,

Use SO_DLI_READ_AP1 . A Small gotcha is that you need to set the "Shared" flag which is off by default.

Alternatively you can also use a DL directly in a sendmail step - just tab over to the binding editor and change the recipient type manually. Note if you go back to the main mail tab it will complain so just save the step from the binding tab.
