Hi Gurus,

I have a scenario like this.

PHa

PHb

GH3a

GH3b

GH4

GH4

GH4

GH4

GH4

GH4

GH4

GF3b

GF3a

The problem is in one page it displays 2 sets of data and in all other pages it displays 3 sets of data. How can I fix the consistency i.e to maintain 3 sets of data in all the pages.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Sukumar

I think this is a 'data fit' issue. If you are set to keep sections together, then I would hazard a guess that the next set of data after the page with 2 sets of data will not fit on the previous page with the first 2 sets.

you can also set a page break on record count in the section expert

create a record count formula

in the section expert

new page after

recordcount<=30 and not onlastrecord

you dont want it to page break on the last page
