dispatcher stopped

hi to all

the dispatcher is getting stopped .it is showing as connection to message server ok , dialog queue stand still.

in system it has given error: dbconnect failed, error code 00256.

i hv checked with the developer trace file , here the error is

dbslconnect to sid as sapi01 failed

os-windows

db-db2

can any one plz help.

Please try r3trans -d -v to test the connection to the database.

Post the output.

here is the error:

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = DB6 --- DB2DBDFT = 'I01'"

Check whether you can connect to db2 manually.
