Hi,
We are using the discussion group functionality with via "com.sapportals.km.uidiscussion" and within the settings of the master iView there is a parameter titled "Show the description of the discussion." It is a true/false parameter, by setting it to true it displays a generic description about discussion topics on the top of the iView and the topics below.
So far I have not found a place where I could customize the description. Is there someplace to customize this description, even if I have to edit a page some place.
Thanks & regards
Jon
No option for customizable description for a discussion.
Hi Jon,
In the discussion iView it is not possible to set a discussion-specific description. You can only enable/disable the general more documentation-like description as you described above.

Hi Dirk,
I am facing another issue in order to display my taxonomy structure user-friendly.
I would like to display the number of items which are
stored in a category after the category name,
i.e. "<Category_Name> (3)"
I think I found the corresponding renderer
("ConsumerTaxonomyCollectionRenderer") and probably also the
corresponding Property(cm_rnd_childcount) under Configuration >
Content Management > Global Services > Property Metadata > Properties.
But I didn't succeed in combining these two.
Could you help me?
I use the browse taxonomy iview (com.sapportals.km.browse_taxonomies).
Regards,
Stefan
