Hi All,
In support message we do not want category to be displayed. Can it be possible to disable the category field in Support message so that user will not be able to select any category there.

Dear Tripti,
The only solution for this is to create a transaction variant for the same using Tcode SHD0.
so you can hide the field category and activate this variant of CRMD_ORDER or service desk ticket.
This will solve your purpose.

Instead of disabling the catgory field in support message can we delete all the categories in drop down box category only in support message so that no catgory shud come in the drop down.
but category should not get deleted from change request screen.
can we do that.
