Well Bharat, you might just consider that BSP developement is just another server side scripting language and compare with PHP, JSP, ASP(X), etc.
They can vary depending on how you strucure your project, Ie Waterfall or more agile type approaches.
It mostly comes down to design, develop, test, golive but that is a very simple approach.
