I know this book is not available anymore and it would be out of date if it was, but I'm sure there's so much in it that can help even though it's old now.

Is there any way to get a PDF of the book?

Since it's out of print, can you provide one or tell me where to get it?

thank you for the question. The link is outdated. You can still order the book for example at Amazon

But it is not longer available in the publisher's store.
