can you be more detailed,
a report header displays values such as title, column headings and parameters which are selected,
if you want to create a report the sums and % values based upon a year
i would create a group by the date and group by year
then use manual running totals to get your values in the group footer.
as far as creating parameters it depends on what you want the end user to retreive the data from
month and year?
