Deploy from BAS to OnPrem fails with 403

Hi,

I am searching for days for a solution for this problem.

When I want to deploy (via command "npm run deploy") my fiori app to my netweaver backend (SAP_UI - 754 - 0006 - SAPK-75406INSAPUI) it always fails with error 403 and without any further information about the error...

In the "Service Center" in BAS I am successfully connected to the backend and I can browse through all the services of the system.

In the Cloud Connector I already granted access to "/sap/" and all sub paths to make sure there is nothing missing...

Can anybody help me?

And how can I access more information of the 403 error instead of "request failed with status code 403" ??

Thanks!

Just a side note, 403 is authorization problem, so maybe you can focuse your attention this direction

Hi Dominik,

In the cloud connector enable the "Payload Trace" flag under the log and trace files section, the HTTP requests and responses will be logged in the traffic_trace_<subaccount>_on_<region>.trc file.

Also please check if S_DEVELOP authorization object is assigned to the developer, see the documentation

Deploy the Adaptation Project

Antal

Hi Antal,

thank you! The "Payload Trace" option in cloud connector helped a lot!

In the logs I saw that BAS wants access to "/" instead to only "/sap/".

After changing it the 403 error was gone.

Now there is another error - I have to check this now.

But at the moment: Thank you very much!

Kind regards,

Dominik
