Hi All,
Supposed a delta upload to two data targets (infocube A and infocube B) but somehow the previous delta only uploaded to infocube A. Now when I do a new delta upload
to both data targets, the system give an error message that previous delta is not updated in infocube B and now I couldn't upload a new delta to infocube B.
The previous delta is upoaded directly to data target and not in PSA. How can I re-upload the previous delta again? Is anybody have any ideas?
Thanks.
Hi,
Try to convert the previous delta technically to RED and then try to reload the data with repeat.
Hope this helps

Hi,
First try to find out the root cause of the failure, otherwise you are going to get into the same toruble. Would also recommend having a PSA, so that you can fix errorenous data as well.
Follow the steps below for a repeat delta :
1. Mark the QM status of the request red even if its red in the monitor. Goto the request , status tab and click on the traffic lights. A pop up window will give you options for the red traffic light, click the radio button for the red traffic light and click the green check mark.
2. Goto the data target and back out the request from there.
3. Go back to the delta infopackage and execute the job again. It'll ask for a repeat delta. Click ok. The repeat delta would be executed.
4. Once that is successful, the normal deltas continue to work fine.
Cheers,
Kedar

You mean turn it to RED under Monitor screen or the request in the data target?
If under Monitor, do I need to delete the request from data target before proceed to repeat delta?
Thanks.

Hi Andy,
You have to delete the previous delta load request from IC A and run one single run as a repeat delta to both the targets. It won't give any error for the future deltas also.
Hope it helps.
