Looking at change documents should fail (by default) try within VA03 or with report RSSCD100 (or transaction S_ALR_87101238) on object VERKBELEG (you should only get the 'key' value)
If you actually need this data in the future, you could use Enhancement to activate full information in the change document or change it thru transaction SCDO (online documentation) - checkbox:Indicator Doc. of Individual Fields at Deletion
