you can use pftc_Del for deleting the workflow you have created (design time).

if you want to delete the workflow instance (runtime) u need to delete the workflow log.

Are you talking about deleting the workflow as a whole that you have created in SWDD or you want to delete the runtime execution of the workflow?

If you want to delete the runtime execution of the workflow you can go to its log, select the parent workitem (single click on it), select 'GOTO' -> Technical workitem display, select 'EDIT' -> change and select 'Execute' that is right next to 'Logically Delete'.

you can also delete workflow in se80 object navigator. select your package you stored and open the business engineering, then workflow template- there u can find your number with name.

To delete Workitems you can use standard Program RSWWWIDE. To delete Workflow I am afraid you have to use Tcode PFTC.
