I have a document that is permanently in preprocessing state, or has no state at all. On the delete queue entries list in TREX Monitor I can tick the box to select the document for deletion from the queue, but there's no delete button and the browser then locks up. Is there another way to get this document out of the queue? We're on TREX 6 SP 2, and although the CM needs the latest hotfix we're in a lockdown phase of the project as far as changes are concerned so I'm not allowed anywhere near the server!
Cheers,
-Richard
Hmm weird one that. Looks like it was something to do with IE and VPN access. Managed to remove offending item when logged in to local network.
