DBConnect

Helllo Experts,

I am told that DBConnect is not going to be supported and SAP is recommending UDconnect. How much of this is true and till when is DBConnect supported by SAP?

Hi,

SAP has plans to consolidate all the existing DS Adapters into a single one "UD Connect". This is just to simplify the developer's effort. From when this will comeinto effect is not known as yet and the support dates will be disclosed then. I dont think we need to worry so much about support as these are very widely in use.

DB Connect and UD Connect both supported by SAP , as far my knowledge goes.
