Dear Arthur,

The screen you are having a problem with is based on our CCMS technology (transaction RZ20). Therefore, when doing Note searches you would want to use RZ20 and not DB02 as a search term.

SAP Note 1855323 should solve this exact issue where all RZ20 trees are reporting data except the Performance tree.

Thank you and best regards,

Hi Leslie:

We are also facing same issue in our production system. However this note cannot be applied. In RZ20 the data is being reported but while checking in DBACockpit the nodes are greyed out.

We are using SAP ECC 6 EHP5/NW 7.02 SP08. MS SQL 2008 R2 10.50.1600.

Correction Instructions in this note are only for NW 7.40. I have not tried server restart but application restart has not helped.

Thanks.

Hi Mandeep,

I added correction instructions for release 702 to note 1855323.  Please try to apply the note.

Hi Dale:

Tried implementing the corrections but system is complaing that corrections cannot be copied completely. Can you recheck the note please? It's not able to find the right context block. I don't want to manually copy the changes.

Thanks,

Mandeep

Hi Mandeep,

I changed the 702 correction, although it is still giving an implementation error and I can't avoid that.

The error can be ignored though as it is only a comment.  The only change of importance is one line.

old: clear: username, dbname, l_remotesys.

new: clear username, dbname, l_remotesys, con_name.

If this doesn't solve the issue, please open a CSS incident and have it routed to BC-DB-MSS attention Dale Adams.

Thanks,

Dale

Hi Dale:

Note was promoted to production yesterday but it has not resolved  the issue. I 'll open an OSS message for this.

Thanks for your assistance.

Mandeep

Dear All,

As Microsoft operating systems hold their reputation, The restart of SQL server solved it. Not a good solution though.

Hi Arthur,

Please check the following

1) saposcol is running on all the servers

2) SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFORMANCE_JOB is running in background.

Hi Arthur

1. Go to ST04 -> Space -> History -> Table Size History -> Job configuration

Check if all the jobs are scheduled and running

2. Check this SAP Notes 1027512 - MSSQL: DBA cockpit for basis release 7.00 and later

3. During off time you can run the DBCC check as per the SAP Note  142731 - DBCC checks of SQL server before that take full backup of DB
