Hello,
I'm looking to get SAP Datasphere Task Chain metadata programmatically. I looked at the OData APIs, but it doesn't seem to expose anything other than data assets. Is there any way to get Task Chain metadata, and other task/jobs, via an API? Thanks
Hi @AdamMcClain, there is no published API for task chains. Instead, you could use the Command Line Interface (CLI) which allows you to fetch and push task chains as well, also from any code line. See https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_DATASPHERE/d0ecd6f297ac40249072a44df0549c1a/2b26a31f197444dea314495bc0...

Sefan,
I'm trying to use our trial account to play around with the CLI, but I can't seem to get the temporary passcode. Is this only available in the full version?
Here is the error I'm seeing:
It looks like there is a way around this (https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-blogs-by-sap/faq-troubleshooting-guide-for-sap-datasphere-cl...), but I can't seem to get into the App Integration Section in the trial version.
Thanks again
Sorry, I edited my last comment to include some more information. Chrome is giving me the same behavior though.
