I've had this happen before. Mine was only with scheduled batch jobs. The only way I could get them to stop is the delete the scheduled job. Then create a new scheduled job of the same batch job.
Hello, I'm having similar issue, Tried deleting the scheduled jobs and rescheduled. however the problem is still exists. After the scheduled job or manually triggered job, once job completes, its either showing double entry or no entry at all.
