One customer just asked the following:
“We would like to use these SAP 4/HANA BPMN models as bases for a fit to standard approach. Is it advised and, if yes, is it possible to know which S4 HANA version they are related to ? (US On prem, US Cloud, Germ On Prem…)”
"It possible to know which S4 HANA version they are related to?": The current SAP Best Practices, respectively SAP 4/HANA BPMNs, from the SAP Signavio Process Explorer have been taken from the German and US Version of S/4HANA Cloud (Release 2208) and S/4HANA (Release 2022) in US English language only for now.

Yes it is possible. Also to get this information from different sources.
1) Via the SAP Signavio Process Explorer Release Notes (e.g. Details - S/4HANA 2022)
2) Within the SAP Signavio Process Explorer Dictionary (see Solution Scenario Dictionary Entry)
3) If you have already a given version in place and would like to compare the difference between the current release and the latest it is possible to see more information on the dedicated SAP Help Pages (e.g. What´s new Viewer shows you changes per Best Practice).
Yes, it is advised and possible. I do not believe the base process maps contain the current version of S4 HANA to which they are aligned as the processes may span systems.
