Custom program usage in SAP

Hello - We need to know which report / transaction we can execute or what we can do to assess which custom program is actually being used and which custom program is not used in last 2 years in our system? 
Can you please let us know how can we get this done ?

Do you have a Solution Manager System to manage your Managed systems? If yes, I suggest you refer to the Portal Guide, where you can learn about every function of Custom Code Management. For example Custom Code Retirement - Decommissioning Cockpit feature

If I may inject myself, could you give me a quick hint on how to find the catalog id based on the name? When I follow the link, you provided, I get a SAP Help page, which gets auto translated to my language, but there is not a single hint to the Catalog ID. And when I try to search with the Name in the Launchpad Designer I get no results.
