cube and Bex

Hi,

May be my Question is already discussed or something, I have no clue and because I could not find any relevant for this.

My requirement is

1. Need to Develop BO report for Sales report
2. So I have developed Cube with required fields in BW.
3. Input Parameter is : Invoice date(1 Year) and Plan(all)
4. I used the input parameter and got the data in Cube
5. Then I have created Bex query and I planned to check data in Bex analyzer with same input parameter

     Note : It taking more time and finally ended with Client out memory

1. When I checked in the RSRT with same error, I got internal table short Dump.

So please where I m doing wrong and help me to resolve it. It’s very important

Issue Resolved Its purely Memore problem in Bex Side.

I have worked on the BO reports.I m getting Data Perfectly.

Hi,

How much data you are storing in infocube , try to apply limits on bex query for some dimension like plant/storage location and see if you are able to get outpout in bex ?

Hi ,

It is not possible to display 12 lakh records in Bex analyzer-which is an excel based reporting tool.

It would be good if you can try to analyze your business need , whether you will require all 12L records.

Check if it is possible to add some filters or variables, depending on the selection at runtime the data will be filtered.

I always thought the same , before posting this in forum.

They r asking me to cumulate and display based on Sales, Plant So on.

any possibility ?

Hi,

Is Sales measures ?

I believe Plant is dimension , create a variable on Plant , depending the plant they select , only a subset of records will be displayed .

How may dimensions and keyfigures have you included in your query design ? See if everything is required. attch the screenshot of how ur query looks like. if possible.

already Created Variable for Plant,

But thing is they need all plant
