Crystal Reports: is it possible to get higher resolution PNG images when exporting to HTML

Currently in Crystal Reports, exporting the report with charts to HTML creates very small low-resolution pixelated PNG chart images (below 10 KB in size), while the PDF contains clear charts. Our customer complains on it and asks for higher resolution images.
Is it possible to get higher resolution images during Export to HTML? Or use some other export that will create high-resolution chart images?

Thank you!

  • Exporting the Crystal Reports to PDF doesn't affect the logo.
  • The issue doesn't occur with the CR designer, only with the .NET SDK.

Other Terms

CR .NET SDK, exporting, HTML 4.0, logo truncated, distorted.

Reason and Prerequisites

Environment

  • SAP Crystal Reports, version for Microsoft Visual Studio SP34
  • SAP Crystal Reports Server 2020, OEM Edition Support Package 3

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Crystal Report with logo(picture object)
  2. Export the Crystal report to HTML40 format using .NET SDK.
  3. The logo in the exported HTML document is cropped and blurred.

Cause

The reason for the undesired behavior is a program error.
