Upon installation I receive an error, any assistance would be most appreciated. Thank you.
Crystal Reports: Details:42000:[sybase][odbc driver][sql anywhere] request to start/stop database denied[database vendor code:-75]

Never heard of this error. Un-install the Sybase client and then try installing CR first.
What you're trying to install on what kind of machine?
Is there running a sybase database on it?

I have loaded Crystal reports 9 on a dell optiplex 755 running windows xp. We have one other machine running the same, and I tried matching the setting but no luck.
