Crystal Reports connection to SAP missing

I have Crystal Reports XI. My laptop was upgraded to windows 7. When our Technical Support team reloaded Crystal onto my laptop I lost my connection to the SAP databases. I upgraded the software to R2 SP6 and it still did not work. I then upgrade the software to CR 2011 and Iu2019m still having the same problem. When I go to File -> Log on or off Server -> Create new connection -> SAP Table, Cluster or Function -> Select SAP System, the available SAP Systems is blank. What can I do to restore the connection to SAP?

Thank you!

you'll need to reinstall the businessobjects integration kit for sap.

there's a [download here as well|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/index?rid=/webcontent/uuid/806c9894-42a5-2b10-648a-d900489b76da].

I followed the link and it redirected me to Installations and Upgrades in the Support Portal. I found 3 downloads under BOBJ INTGR. FOR SAP XI 3.1 for Windows and I am receiving the following message when trying to install any of them:

u201CThe installation is unable to proceed with a Client installation because neither Crystal Reports 2008 nor Universe Designer were detectedu201D

Is this integration kit compatible with CR 2011? If not is there another place I can get the download for 2011?
