The other error message I get from some reports is the following. In this case, the report will crash after it's open for some time, and it'll just crash out unexpectedly, randomly. The other error message (above) is when the report cannot be refreshed/used at all.

Faulting application name: crw64.exe, version: 14.3.0.3569, time stamp: 0x5f067a46

Faulting module name: ACEOLEDB.DLL_unloaded, version: 16.0.13029.20280, time stamp: 0x5f1b78e6

Exception code: 0xc0000005

Fault offset: 0x0000000000004c74

Faulting process id: 0x84c

Faulting application start time: 0x01d6886c2746bf7e

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\crw64.exe

Faulting module path: ACEOLEDB.DLL Report Id: c6463245-c945-4a2c-b67f-e10124c3eb1a

Hi Rich,

Does it crash every time?

It's unfortunately likely due to the RPT file has been corrupted, there is no way to recover the report.

Do you have a back up of the report anywhere?

Don

I have a backup of the the reports, yes. I can open them, but cannot refresh data without it crashing. What might the next step be? Thank you so much.
