Crystal Reports 2013 SP7 connect to Access 2013 64 Bit

Running Crystal Reports 2013 SP7 and Office 2013 Pro Plus 64 bit on Win 7 pro 64 bit.

Upgraded to Office 2013 64 bit and now all previous ODBC connections to Access db will not work.  Tried deleting all ODBC connections and recreating using \System32 ODBC and \SysWow ODBC.  Neither worked.  I have tried every time of connection in Crystal Database Expert.

I could really use some help if anyone has method that will work.

Hi Scott,

A 32-bit ODBC is the only available connection method for .accdb databases.

Are you able to create a 32-bit ODBC and does it appear in the list of ODBC connections in CR?

The connection does appear, however when I select it and click through the dialog boxes it gives an error:

"Logon failed.  The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application."

Hi Scott,

The error indicates that the ODBC is not 32-bit.

32-bit ODBC connections are created from here:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe

If my database is *.accdb, which type should be used?  I only see *.mbd, which if I use that it too errors in Crystal.

Here's the 32-bit ODBC Admin and the driver you need to use:

Ahh.  That driver is not in my list.  Where/how do I obtain and install?

I just installed the 2010 db 32 bit engine.  When I installed yesterday, I used the 64 bit, not 32 bit.  ODBC is ok now, with this exception.  When I open the ODBC in Crystal Reports I no longer see the tables, only queries.  Is this to be expected?
