My HP Color LaserJet M553 quit working this morning, so I reinstalled it and downloaded new drivers - PCL6. I have a sneaking suspicion I had this printer problem because Windows 10 tried to download, but I aborted it before it was completed.
I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
Now, when trying to print a report from Crystal 2008 it crashes. There's no error message, the screen just fades and "Windows is looking for a solution" then it has to be closed.
Please help!
Hi Sharon,
You should first upgrade to the most recent Service Pack for CR 2008 from here:

CR 2008 is not supported on WIN 10. My recommendation would be to try CR 2013. An eval can be downloaded from here:
SME Free Trials | SME Software | SAP
And it is side by side compatible with CR 2008.
