Crystal Report XI Product key

Dear All,

i was purchased the Crystal reports XI Developer and installed in few workstation.

right now,i use the same product key to install to another new pc ,but system prompt me "invalid product key".

same product key was installed in few computer and manage to use but when i reinstall the software but system gave me invalid product key?

anyone can help?

Depends really. How many licenses have you bought? meaning how many PC you can use the software on?

usually if have bought 2 PC licenses then it will only work twice unless you deactivate it from other PC.

I had the same issue with Adobe package when I bought it, it came with 2 licenses, I tried to install it onto my new machine but it asked me to deactivate it from old machine first.

once I did that it worked.

So check how many licenses are allowed to be used on PC.

I might be wrong though, it might not be the same case with CR.
