crystal report viewer not showing images

Hi,

We are using Crystal Report as a report in Visual Studio 2022.

We have purchased SAP Crystal Report 2020 for development additionally we installed

Crystal report Service Pack 36 runtime 32 and 64-bit.

The Crystal Report Viewer is not showing Images. In the XSD file, we have set System.Byte[] Datatype for the Signature column.

We went through KBA https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3204578 but still, the images are not loading.
we ran fix_ole.bat file after extracting the zip

If you view thew report in CR Designer using the XML file do you see th eimages?

Sort of, open CR 2020 Designer and that report, then set location to your XML file and refresh the report. Do you see the images? If you don't then it's a XML file issue. If you do see the images then save that report with data and then open it in your app and preview without refreshing. Do you see the images?
