Crystal Report Server runs on the same platform as BusinessObjects (BOBJ). The difference is that it's limited to working with either "classic" Crystal (Crystal 2016) or Crystal for Enterprise and there is a recipient limit on publications. For Crystal Reports, there are a number of books available on Amazon. There haven't been many functionality updates in Crystal since CR 2011 (the only updates were for newer database drivers) so anything for 2011, 2013, or 2016 would have appropriate information. Ignore anything you see for Crystal 9, 10, or XI, which are all old and out of support.
