Crystal 8.5 reports return no data when converted to Crystal XI

I've saved reports as the XI version but when I do a preview of data all I get is the headings - no data. Any suggestions?

Hi Tracy,

Are you doing this in code or in Crystal Report Designer? If it the Designer please log your case in the Design Forums.

If in both the Designer and Code, what happens if you verify the database?

What database are you using and how are you connecting, ODBC, OLE DB, Native, etc.?

In Designer. When I do a Verify Database I get a message saying the database is up to date.

I'm connecting to a Sybase 12.5 database using a Sybase ASE ODBC driver (syodase.dll). When I do a test connection I am fine.

If I make the report over from scratch I get data along with the headings.

how do I move this to a different forum?
