When a Crystal report is uploaded to Business Objects Enterprise viewer which has cross tabs on group levels and this group is selected from the group tree, the cross tab goes mental, highlighting every cell which takes forever if there is a lot of data. It seems to be a bug that has been around for some time. I think it is more a Crystal/Business Objects compatibility problem as selecting the cross tab on a stand alone Crystal report works fine.
Does anyone know a way around this or what is the correct procedure for letting SAP know so they can possibly fix in the next release?
