CRM Workflow is IN PROCESS

Hi,

       The workflow was trying to cancel invoice in background mode. The cancel invoice started yesterday still now it is in IN PROCESS status. It shows execution started "Execution started" any idea..

What is the problem here. it is inprocess stat for 2 days, how to reprocess it.

I also couldn't find any dumps. For this in sT22

Hi

Try transaction SWPC ... If it's stuck but not in error that should be able to resume it. And check SWU2 in case it's the trfc that's stuck... In which case you can restart it from SWU2

Ignore my previous comment... In SWPC i have given wrong date range.. In a confusion doesnt checked it correctly and raised a ticket...

Thanks for the reply... But it is not present in SWPC and SWU2. It is still in status "IN PROCESS"
